Orea Studio is offered by Galvan Group B.V. as part of its Galvan Intelligence platform. By signing in you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is.
A transcript of the audio you upload, produced by Orea, with speakers separated and timed, that you can edit, export and share. Orea is a model in active development for Papiamentu. It makes mistakes, more on informal and multi-speaker speech than on read speech, and the low-confidence words are marked for exactly that reason. Check a transcript before you rely on it.
Signing in gives you the Free plan: 120 minutes of audio per calendar month, files up to two hours. Larger plans are granted per account on request. Jobs are processed one at a time on shared hardware, in turn between users; the queue position shown is an estimate. We may change plan limits with notice on this page.
Your uploads and corrections may be used to improve Orea. In return for the service, you grant Galvan Group B.V. a non-exclusive licence to use the audio you upload, the transcripts it produces and the corrections you make to train, evaluate and improve Orea and related Galvan Intelligence models, as described in the privacy policy. Whether a given recording is used is our choice, not a promise; you keep every other right to your recordings and transcripts.
Only audio you have the right to process: your own recordings, or recordings where the people speaking know and agree. Not: recordings made without consent, material you do not hold the rights to, or content that is unlawful to hold. We may remove such content and close the account.
The service is provided as is, in early access, without a guarantee of uptime, accuracy or turnaround time. Galvan Group B.V. is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a transcript, for loss of an upload, or for indirect damages, to the extent the law allows. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to what you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, which on the Free plan is nothing.
You can delete your recordings at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Dutch law applies.
